First: over 20 years of professional intuitive and psychic work. I see and sense information about a space that deeply informs the clearing — its history, what's held there, what needs to move. This is what makes the work unusually effective, and what the results reflect.
Second: 15 years of professional experience at Microsoft, and an Ivy League education. I am thorough, I am precise, and I am not vague. Every clearing comes with a written report and remedy plan — a professional document outlining what was found, what was done, and what follow-through is recommended.

A complete floor plan or blueprint
Bedroom count (if not clear from the floor plan)
Current photos of all interior spaces
Photos of any structural exterior spaces — balconies, porches, garages
Exterior photos such as yard or garden are welcome but not required

For in-person sessions across the New York City area, nothing is needed in advance.
3. Property Angel does the work. The clearing is conducted and your written report and remedy plan are delivered within 48 hours.
