Reiki Classes

Reiki Classes are offered in person in West Seattle. For online class availability of Levels 1 & 2, please inquire.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing method that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and healing at deep levels. You can perform Reiki on yourself, pets, and others and use it limitlessly.
Reiki is a beautiful complement to many modalities and is also excellent as a stand-alone modality. As your instructor, I will teach you the fundamentals of Reiki, show you creative ways I have adapted Reiki in my practice, and encourage you to find your style with Reiki.
Reiki Level 1 Class
In this training, you will be introduced to Reiki and learn the history of Reiki. You will learn the Reiki hand positions, how to give a complete Reiki treatment to yourself and others, and how to care for yourself as a practitioner, including grounding techniques, and you will receive an Usui Reiki 1 Attunement. Reiki Attunement is the process by which a person receives the ability to give Reiki treatments. The class includes lecture, discussion and experience. Maximum class size: 6 Students.
You will receive the book “Reiki, The Healing Touch, First and Second Degree Manual” by William Rand. You will receive a certificate of achievement confirming you are a Level 1 Usui Reiki Practitioner
Level 1 Training class meets for about 4 hours
Exchange is $195
Reiki Level 2 Training
In this training, you will learn 3 Reiki Symbols: the Power Symbol, the Mental/Emotional Symbol and the Distant Healing Symbol. You will receive an Usui Reiki 2 Attunement, which increases Reiki and activates the symbols. The class includes lecture, discussion, and experience. Maximum class size: 6 Students.
Pre-requisite is Reiki Level 1 and must have practiced Reiki 1 for at least 21 days.
We will use the same book from Reiki Level 1; “Reiki, The Healing Touch, First and Second Degree Manual” by William Rand. You will receive a certificate of achievement confirming you are a Level 2 Usui Reiki Practitioner.
Level 2 Training class meets for about 4 hours
Exchange is $195
($25 additional charge if you need a manual)
Advanced/Master Training
In this training, you will learn advanced Reiki symbols and techniques. You will learn how to teach Reiki to others and give Reiki Attunements. You will receive an Usui Reiki Master Attunement, which increases Reiki and activates the advanced symbols. Whether you plan to teach Reiki or not, the knowledge gained in this level of training will support you in taking your Reiki skills to the next level.
The class includes lecture, discussion, and experiences. Maximum class size: 6 Students.
This class meets for 2 days in West Seattle, for 5-6 hours each day. Exchange is $575.
Pre-req is Reiki Levels 1 & 2, and you must have practiced Reiki 2 for at least six months.
You will receive the book; “Reiki Master Manual” by William Rand. You will receive a certificate of achievement confirming you are a Reiki Master Level Practitioner.
